I found a link here through Warren Ellis' site. I like to see all this behind-the-scenes stuff. This looks good and I will pick it up when I see it. (I write reviews for IndependentPropaganda.com)

I bought issue #1 out of pure luck... I wanted to try something different and LOCAL happened to be on the shelf at my local (!) comic book store. I was really satisfied, I ran back the next day to buy the rest of the issues they had.

And it's not just the story but the pacing is done so well. Panels are extremely difficult to get just right, along with all the angles. I feel like I'm watching a movie instead of reading a comic book. I really look forward to seeing Megan mature over the years... I'm glad to see the series is doing well. Keep it up guys :)

Oh and btw, I love the CD "soundtrack" you guys put on the back of each issue. I sometimes follow along with the song :)

So I went to the comic shop on a mission last week...to find a comic that doesn't include women (heros or damsels) of the scantily clad variety...(Where are the REAL females? WHere is there something worthwhile that is meant to target ME???) I had almost given up all hope when my eyes came across your cover. I thought it was too good to be true so I skimmed through the pages & soon found myself incredibly intrigued. Not only did I think the story & pictures were well done, but I also enjoyed the follow-ups by Ryan & Brian at the end...I LOVE the soundtracks & plan to send you a couple of my own eventually...I LOVE reading about the different locations & seeing what your readers send in. Needless to say I bought all 7 on the spot and am anxiously awaiting the 8th. So THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for creating something real, something worthwhile, something that female readers can enjoy without feeling inadequate, and something that doesn't use sex to sell. When I become a busy & important, rich and famous comic books writer I will credit you as one of my influences.
